Getting your first paid email subscriber is better than sex.

That dopamine rush you get when you open your email and find out you are a paid newsletter writer is incredible.

You keep going every week because people aren’t silently moving your newsletter to their spam list.

This is your job now. You need to provide the best content.

Your newsletter should bring value to subscribers who will follow that one brave soul through the breach.

Here are six things I learned to get the first email subscriber. I hope you can use them if you are starting a newsletter or have no paid subscribers.
