5 Tips for Landing that Cougar in 2024

I’ve been married to one for 26 years

I met my wife when I was 27 and she was 39. She’s a “cougar” according to the age difference, but I didn’t care when I met her.

But for her to be interested in me when she had her own separate life, friends and suitors. I was enthralled with her from the moment I met her, so I had to work hard to make her my girlfriend and then my wife.

I guess Pumas are in their 30s. Cougars in their 40s… Jaguars are 50s, and Sabretooths go into the 60s, right? — Courtney Cox

Looking back after all these years I compiled seven tips on how I accomplished that — they can work for you in 2024. Best of luck!

#1. Show Her That Chivalry Still Lives

My wife noted the small thing I did before we even started dating and were friends — I opened the door for her.

Opening doors is a simple thing, but women see that you are showing her respect.

Running around to the other side of the car and opening the door for her, taking her coat, pulling out her chair are rituals I watched my dad do for my mom. My wife was born in the late 50’s, loves romance movies and those actions are a throwback from that age.
